Together with an agile and acutely observant mind, Mr. Soulé reveals to the spellbound reader what mighty aspirations might be realized through dedication, perseverance, and unremitting determination. However, what marks all of these revelations with the stamp of authentic, hard-earned wisdom is the conclusion that such accomplishments result not from physical endurance alone, but more from an enduring mental discipline. In the end, “It’s all in the head.” A masterful lesson from the master of achieving one’s greatest dreams.
